OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME
You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return. All items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
MISSION CRITICAL NOTE:
For safety and compliance reasons, automatic knives and spring assisted knives cannot be returned once deployed from their original packaging. These items are exempt from our returns policy per international weapons regulations.
RETURN DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURE
- Request Authorization

Our logistics team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. - Package Equipment
Securely repack items with all original components, manuals, and packaging. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation. - Ship to HQ

Note: Return shipping costs are operator’s responsibility unless item is defective.
EXCHANGE PROTOCOL
For size or model exchanges:
- Follow standard return procedure above
- Specify desired replacement item in your initial email
- If replacement costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference
FINANCIAL EXTRACTION
Upon successful return inspection:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
