Shipping Deployment
Order Processing
All orders undergo tactical verification within 1-2 business days before deployment. You’ll receive tracking coordinates via email once your package ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two delivery methods for global operators (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
1. Standard Tactical Delivery
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Deployment Cost: $12.95
– Estimated Delivery: 10-15 days after shipping
2. Free Standard Delivery
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over $50
– Estimated Delivery: 15-25 days after shipping
Returns & Exchange Protocol
Operational Timeframe
You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return. All items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Return Deployment Procedure
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Await Command
Our logistics team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Equipment
Securely repack items with all original components, manuals, and packaging. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation.

Note: Return shipping costs are operator’s responsibility unless item is defective.
Exchange Protocol
For size or model exchanges:
- Follow standard return procedure above
- Specify desired replacement item in your initial email
- If replacement costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Financial Extraction
Upon successful return inspection:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
